Neil Michelsen is this year's recipient of this award for outstanding contributions to and excellence in the technical aspects of Cosmecology (a term intended to be slightly broader in meaning than astrology). We heartily cheer the award—Neil has done more for technical astrology than anyone I can think of. As Lynne's acknowledgement in the above research report indicates, he actively helps astrological research. Neil is the man who created Astro Computing Services and produced the whole American Ephemeris series. What more need be said?
